Growth of values-based food chains holds particular challenges, chances and risks. The objective of this presentation was to show results of the HealthyGrowth project. The workshop was organised by the fruit growing center Esteburg and grouped growers in the area of Hamburg who intent to change from conventionel fruit growing to organic systems.
