The purpose of the following report is to present a detailed estimate of currentand future infrastructure costs in the state of South Carolina. There are seven categories of infrastructure, each composed of three to six subcategories. The categories are transportation; commerce; public safety/administration/welfare; education; health; recreation/culture; environment.
