Progress in the realization of the INRIM centrifugal balance for mass measurements in space

摘要

The paper describes the features of the centrifugal udbalance developed at INRIM, which is a suitable weighing udinstrument for accurate mass determination of small object in udweightless conditions. A new measurement model is proposed, udwhich allows to measure any kinds udof objects, solid and not with udan accuracy comparable to a classic laboratory balance.
