Synthesis of ZSM-5 from Lampung natural zeolites as a source of silica-alumina, and cabocyl asudan additional source of silica, was performed by using an organic template of Tetra PropyludAmmonium Bromide (TPABr). The effects of molar ratios of SiO2/Al2O3 on the crystallinityudpercentage of ZSM-5 product was investigated in this synthesis. Synthesis was hydrothermallyudconducted in an autoclave at 180 oC, autogeneous pressure, and reaction time of 24 hours.udFormula for ZSM-5 Synthesis is Na- Al2O3-x SiO2-H2O-TPABr. The values of x as big as 40, 60, 80,ud100, dan 120 were varied in this research. Products of the synthesis were characterized byudmeans of X-ray diffraction method (XRD). Results of characterization indicated that ZSM-5 wasudformed as a primarily product for all molar ratios of SiO2/Al2O3, while there were still availableudZSM-11 dan SAPO-11 as intermediate products in metastable phase.
