Brick installation particularly installation of lightweight brick is a type of work on the construction project that requires high volume of work, so it will require a lot more funds to be resolved, labor productivity is a very important in order to minimize the costs and working time so maximum results can be achieved. This study aims to determine how much the level of productivity, the effective time of labor and influence the level of daily wages, work experience and education as well as the most influential factor and most influential among these three factors on the productivity of workers on Sandhi Karsa Medica Hospital???s wall construction projects. Data was obtained by interviewing and observing workers as research objects. The results showed an average level of productivity/hour overall workers for 6 weekdays was 1.88 m2/hour. Total working time provided for 6 working days is 2520 minutes and the average effective working time is 2295.6 minutes. The correlation number of influence daily wage is 0.955, workers experience is 0.973, workers education level is -0.447 on the level of productivity of the workers. Factors worker???s experience level is the most influential factor, while the educational level factor is a the weakest impact on the level of productivity.
