To obtain bacterial isolates that have the ability to reduce mercury then conducted a series of activities that bacteria isolated from seawater samples using medium nutrient agar containing 3,5 ??g/ml of mercury chloride. The final results are obtained, there are 3 types of isolates are isolates L1, L2 and isolates L3.
