Isolasi dan Identifikasi Senyawa Metabolit Sekunder Fraksi Polar Akar Sidaguri Sida rhombifolia L. Serta Bioaktivitasnya Sebagai Antiinflamasi
Sidaguri (Sida rhombifolia L.) is one of the most prospective plants as a source of natural material compounds with various pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory. Isolation and identification of secondary metabolite compounds of polar fraction of sidaguri Sida rhombifolia L. root and bioactivity test as anti-inflammatory have been done. The isolation technique was performed using soxhlet method, partition, and vacuum column chromatography. Pure compounds were isolated, then tested antiinflammatory using ELISA (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method and identified with phytochemical assay, FTIR spectrophotometer, and 1H NMR. The result of anti-inflammatory test able to inhibit the activity of COX-1 enzyme 95,67% at concentration 0,05 ppm, and 94,29% at concentration 0,025 ppm, and to activity of enzyme COX-2 equal to 60,05% at concentration 0,05 ppm, and 75% at concentrations of 0.025 ppm. Identification with phytochemical assay, FTIR, and 1H NMR obtained the result of alkaloid derivative compounds.
