In order to propose a methodological approach for the construction of a model to reuse the project’s memory of organisation, we have analyzed a number of capitalization methods of knowledge present in the literature. Some of these methods were conceived to help in the definition of a project of an organization and the others are more global. The objective of proposing a set of models dedicated to the realization of project memory so that this one has to answer of the needs identified by the designers in situation of reuse to reach the results of the past projects and the logic of conception which led to the conception of the product or the service.In fact, it is only a question of going back into the historic of realization to trace and to understand the choices of arguments accepted or ejected by the designers during the steps of conception. This traceability becomes, besides, a requirement of the quality steps.
