Post-transplantation cutaneous lymphoproliferative diseases (PTCLD) are rare, with 29 casesudhave so far been reported in the literature—only 4 cases underwent cardiac transplantation.udHerein, we report on, to the best of our knowledge, the first case in the English literature of primaryudcutaneous CD4-positive small/medium-sized pleomorphic T-cell lymphoma in a cardiacudtransplant recipient.
