摘要

Tetrahydro-4H-chromenes were synthesized via a one-pot three-component condensation catalyzed by beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) under mild conditions in water. The supramolecular reaction mechanism was extensively elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. This protocol could provide a unique strategy for the preparation of such biologically important scaffolds in a supramolecular-catalyzed mode.
