Cluster development in Hungary - a study of the possibilities of the automotive industry and the wood and furniture industry to enhance regional sustainable development

摘要

The thesis is concerned with how regional industrial clusters can enhance a regional sustainable development through the furthering of environmental cluster focusing on environmental innovation. Two developing cluster in the Hungarian region of West Transdanubia within the automotive as well as the wood and furniture industry are analysed. Projektet omhandler hvorledes regionale industrielle clusters kan bidrage til at fremme en bæredygtig regional udvikling. Projektet identificerer hvilke potentialer for miljø innovationer der eksisterer i to specifikke cluster initaitiver indenfor henholdvis bil og møbel branchen i den ungarnske region West Transdanubia.
