摘要

This study examines how small Danish companies in the experience economy can increase its opportunities for growth, by positioning itself on the market for workshops. In a critical rationalist perspective this is examined with the restaurant GRØD as a case. Through analysis of theory on the experience economy it is sought to determine the framework conditions for GRØD. Furthermore, interviews with former and possible future customers is analysed to obtain knowledge on the opportunities for GRØD on the market for workshops. Lastly, different strategy schools is analysed and discussed to determine the strategic opportunities for GRØD. The study concludes, that the bedste opportunities for growth on the market for workshops is obtained by creating an unique experience, and thereby a market niche, that contains a great a degree of entertainment.
