Evaluation of organic soil amendments for certified organic vegetable and herb production

Responding to increased interest from the stateu27s organic farmers, this study analyzed some of the natural soil amendment/fertilizer products used in the production of organic vegetables and herbs. Using both on-farm and university research sites, yield and postharvest quality of peppers, three herbs, and broccoli were assessed.
