Post-harvest production of paddy has problems aboutuneven distribution udbetween the regions that lead to unstable price fluctuations, so that resulted in udlosses on the parties working on. This problem can besolved by implementing the udsupply chain distribution system-based, which assisted with SCM (Supply Chain udManagement)application inimplementation.udSCM applicationcreated using SOAP web service technologies with WSDL udinterface that can communicate information between different platformsthatudowned by each entity in the SCM through theHTTP protocol. SCM applicationudbuilt using object-oriented programming methodwith PHP and MySQL as udrelationaldatabase structure. Implementation of SCM application use two mainudinterface, including: user interface and system interface. User interface contain: udcustomerinterface, supplier interface, andadministratorinterface. SCM udapplication isalso useSMS Gateway technology that givesthe information alert udto the entities in the supply chain.udWSDL has been created for SOAP web service application with 23 services udthat can be accessed byJ2ME, Java, and PHP platformswith access duration udspeed 5 seconds at 10kbps GPRS and 1 second at50kbpsin TCP / IP network. udThe SCM application result that hasbeen madecan assist the process of post-harvest rice distribution through the web service that is able to communicate udinformation between objects in the flow of the supply chain.udKey Words: supply chain management, web service, SOAP, WSDL, SMS udGateway, Object Oriented PHP, MySQL.
