In the last five years, revenuesudfrom the bus station service retribution can not close the budgeted targets.ududThis research was conducted to know the performance of the Office ofudTransportation, Information, and Communication at Sukoharjo District in theudmanagement of Levy terminal.ududThis kind of research is descriptive qualitative. Sampling used in this studyudwas using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection were usingudinterviews, observation, and documentation. For the validity of the data theudresearcher used triangulation techniques and data analysis the researcher was anudanalysis of an interactive model that was data reduction, data collection, anduddrawing conclusions.ududBased of the research results, it was known that performance of officialudtechnical implementer unit bus station Sukoharjo Regency in bus station serviceudretribution management were said not good enough. Performance TransportationudServices, Information, and Communication in Sukoharjo District was measuredudfrom several indicators, those were tangible, responsiveness, responsibility,udaccountability, and transparency. While from the responsibility indicator shownudthat there were still some shortcomings.
