Model for Poor Women Empowerment through Family-Based Entrepreneurship udtowards Creative Economy in Karanganyar Regency

摘要

This research underlines several issues concerning the empowerment of poor udwomen through family-based entrepreneurship towards creative economy. The research udwas intended to explore the potentials, constraints, opportunities and policies dealing udwith the empowerment of poor women, and to formulize a model for the empowerment. udData collection consisted of site observation, interview, focus group discussion, udand document study. The techniques of analysis employed in this research included udinteractive analysis and gender analysis by Sara Longwee. udThe results of this research was a model named “Pro-poor Capacity udImprovement” which highlights several components including poor women’s potentials, udconstraint, opportunities, interventions in the form of family-based entrepreneurship, and udwelfare.
