This research wasconducted to determine differences in job stress on the udintensity noise is less than the NAV and more than NAV. Stress crimes categorized udinto stress and no stress. udThis research is an observational cross sectional analytic approach. There are 20 udsamplesthat meet the criteria for purposive sampling of data analysis techniques. udThen do the measurement work stress and noise intensity. Test analysis and udcalculated by chi-square test, the calculations are grouped into two categories: udthe sample group with more than NAV intensity noise and intensity noise sample udgroups with less than NAV. udThe statistical result that the price of the chi square (X2) count> (X2) udtable in which 5.051> 3.481 so that the significant correlation between the noise udwith job stress. Results revealed statistically significant test for p value ≤ 0.025, udthen Ho is rejected, H1accepted. udFrom the research that has been done can be concluded, that there are uddifferences in job stress levels of workers in noise aboveNAV and below theNAV, udthe higher the intensity the more labor noise experiencing job stress.udKeywords: Intensity Noise -Work Stress
