This research entitles "Group Enableness of Arrowroot Chips EmpingudHome Industry" (Qualitative Descriptive Study about Group Enableness ofudArrowroot Chips Emping Home Industry in countryside Kunti, KecamatanudAndong, Sub-Province Boyolali). Researcher interests to lift the problem, becauseudreseacher want to know, how do the goverment dan LSM make an groupudenableness of arrowroot chips emping home industry in countryside Kunti.ududResearch type applied in this research is qualitative descriptive study byudusing observation technique and in-depth interview to responder. Samplingudtechnique which researcher applies is sample non-probability and in election ofudresponder in purposive sampling. This sampling strategy meant to be able to catchudor depicts central theme from this study through information which is each otherudtraverses from various responder types. Focus from this research is the side ofudpemberdaya powered arrowroot chips emping home industry and group.ududResult of this research menunjukan that enableness strategy done by theudside of pemberdaya and added with existence of powered indicator group of atudakhimya can change knowledge group of so that economics dynamics they canudcontinue.ududThough On duty and LSM consorting group has done various expansionudactivity programs of knowledge and also capital help, but from group of stilludmeeting resistance namely the limited raw material, because crop which theyudprocess is seasonal crop.
