Background : Construction is one of the biggest contributors of occupational accidents inudIndonesia causes the low quality of human resources. To avoid that, in seeking theudworkers accordance of HSE Management Systems needs CSMS.udMethod: The study was carried out by using the descriptive method that gives a clearudoverview of fact condition. Research data retrieval is done by direct observation CSMSudby using EPRO (Electronic Procurement Rekayasa Online), interviews with sources andudbibliography, study then analyzed using the technique of data processing and dataudanalysis .udResult : PT. Rekayasa Industri implemented CSMS safety aspect in seekingudsubcontractor accordance with HSE Management System on site and Key PerformanceudIndicator (KPI). This is accordance with regulation PP 50 about Sistem Manajemen K3.udConclusion : CSMS is the one of subcontractor requirements to become workersudand bidding on PT Rekayasa Industri projects.udKeyword : Procedure, CSMS, KPI
