Library is a place which often be visited by customer as reading place. udLibrary have a lot of reading book and important archives, so needed an udautomation device that effective, efficient and energy saving to make easier a job udand storage place in a library. The objective of this final project report is to make udan automation control system prototype of library based on microcontroller. udAn automation control system prototype of library based on udmicrocontroller has been made. Generally this library automation prototype has uddesigned use photodiode, LM35 sensor, ATMega8535/16/32 microcontroller, udSeven Segment, 74LS47 IC, DC Motor, L293D IC, LCD and DC fan. This library udautomation prototype have three structure. Structure of door automation, udmicrocontroller accepted the input from photodiode, then microcontroller gave the udoutput to seven segment with 74LS47 decoder and DC motor with L293D driver udto open and close the door. For an automation fan, microcontroller accepted the udinput from LM35 sensor, then the microcontroller output is a LCD view and DC udfan. Whereas automation filing cabinet, microcontroller accepted input from udphotodiode, and microcontroller gave the output to L293D driver to control the udDC motor. This prototype could give an easy of management and safety of library, uduntil can save time and energy. udIt can be concluded that automation control system prototype of library udbased on microcontroller can be used as the basic to make the real an automation udcontrol system of library.
