Determining the latest development of the intellectual property rights on computer software involved with various regulations and international cross border sanction, in other hand the "against" phenomenon of the intellectual property rights regime was appears with various approach. One type of the "against" phenomenon toward the computer software application is Open Source phenomenon includes Linux as computer software based on public license.
