Final Assignment. udSurakarta: Industrial Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, udSebelas Maret University, December 2010.udProsthetic has been developed through the utilization of energy storing udsystem in reducing energy consumption not only in normal walking but also in udfast walking. Fast walking is one of parameter to measure the performance of udprosthetic. A two bar mechanism endoskeletal above knee prosthetic with energy udstoring system is already equipped with energy storing system which used a gas udspring installed in its knee joint. This research objectives is to observe and udcalculate the ability of this prosthetic.udThis study has include both laboratory observation and mathematically udmodel of dynamic cycle gait. Modelling dynamic cycle gait using the lagrangian udequation of motion to determine the external work and its components, the torque udand the exerted force. The parameter was gained from the capture of amputee udwalking cycle on fast walking activityudThe result of this research is eight phase mathematical model of dynamic udgait with their value of dynamic parameter.
