This research aims to determine the implementation of Bus Rapid Transitud(BRT) in Surakarta in 2010. Specifically to know the implementation of bus rapidudtransit program and the factors influencing the factors driving and inhibiting theudimplementation of BRT.udThis research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted in the city ofudsurakarta. With purposive sampling technique, the authors collected data with indepthudinterviews and documentation. In terms of data validity, the authors use theudtriangulation technique so that information from the sources that one can beudcompared with the other sources. While data analysis was done by usingudinteractive analysis.udThe results of this research is that program implementation BRT in generaludcan not be carried out according to plan work programs that have been defined.udThere are four phases of socialization and the formation phases of teamudcoordination, implementation phases, phases management and supervision, andudreporting phases.
