In an organization, the management of communication in very importantudbecause it can create a condition which gives an influence to the member isudperformance or behavior in running the organization. The communicate conditions ofudorganization in the work environment of local official department og Surakarta. Is anudimportant factor in order to reach the discipline of work of the officers. Because it isudfound that there is a communicating relationship between a superior and subordinate,uda subordinate and a superior, or among the subordinate.udBased on the background described above, the resenicher determinant audproblem statement as followed “is there any significant relationship betweenudcommunicating conditions of organization and the discipline of work of the officersudof local official department of Surakarta.udThe purpose of the research conducted in the local official department ofudSurakarta is to find of the relationship between the communicating conditions ofudorganization and discipline of work of officers in work environment of local officialuddepartment.udThe research hypothesis is that there is any significant relationship betweenudthe communicating conditions of organization and discipline of work of officers inudlocal official department of Surakarta.udThe research employed the explanatory research with quantitative analysis toudsolve the problem. The collection of data in the research is by using the sensusudsampling, where is a populations and sample are the whole of officers of the localudofficial department of Surakarta as many as 59 officers. The instrument officers areudquestioner, documentations, and the statistical test is by using partial correlationsudcoefficient of Kendall.udThe result of research performed that there was not any significantudrelationship between communicating conditions of organizations and the discipline ofudwork of officers in local official department of Surakarta. It can be meant that theudcommunicating conditions of organizations in the local official department ofudSurakarta. Does not run well and it does not affect the discipline of of officers. ud
