摘要

Indonesia is a country located in earthquake prone areas. Earthquake disaster is audnatural phenomenon destructive. Damage caused very massive, especially in udinfrastructure building. The influence of the earthquake is an important variable in udplanning the design of building structures. Existing building which are claimed to udwithstand earthquakes by planners, not necessarily the result as expected. As the uddevelopment of technological advances in the field of civil engineering, came new udconcepts and methods of analysis and planning in earthquake resistant building udone concept of Performance Based Seismic Evaluation (PBSE) by the method of udanalysis of static thrust load or Pushover analysis. This method is able to provide udinformation patterns exist when the buildings collapse burdened earthquake forces udthat exceed the capacity of the building, whether there is a direct collapse or the udbuilding can behave in a nonlinear (progressive) before the total collapse. udThe purpose of writing final task is to re-evaluate the earthquake resistance udperformance of the building's Hospital to determine the capacity of effective udstructures and earthquake behavior by showing the scheme of plastic joints on the udbeam and column elements with the method based on the rules code Pushover udApplied Technology Council (ATC-40) and determine the level structural udperformance of earthquake resistance based those the rules. Consideration of the udauthor chooses the Hospital building as the research object because the building udfunction for a mass so proper strong designs required. udFrom the results of the study, an effective base shear force obtained exceeds is ud428.206 tons exceeding of base shear force designed 747.132 tons while the face of udthe maximum ground acceleration of 0.012 g less than zone seismic design is 0.15 udg. Structure capable of providing non-linear behavior indicated the initial phase udand the majority of the plastic joints occur in the new block elements and column udelements.
