Haludiniditunjukkandengannilaidarirhitung>rtabelatau 0,532 > 0,329 padatarafsignifikansiud5%; (2) Terdapatpengaruh yangudsignifikanpelaksanaanmagangterhadappengembangansoftudskillsmahasiswaPendidikanAdministrasiPerkantoran FKIPudUniversitasSebelasMaretangkatan 2009. Haludiniditunjukkandengannilaidarirhitung>rtabelatau 0,527 > 0,329 padatarafsignifikansiud5%; (3) Terdapatpengaruh yang signifikan prosesudpembelajarandanpelaksanaanmagangterhadappengembangansoftudskillsmahasiswaPendidikanAdministrasiPerkantoran FKIPudUniversitasSebelasMaretangkatan 2009. Skripsi: The Faculty ofudTeacher Training and Education, SebelasMaret University, Surakarta, Septemberud2013.udThe objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not thereudis a effect of the learning process on the development of soft skills of the studentsudof the Office Administration Education Department of the Faculty of TeacherudTraining and Education, SebelasMaret University, the class of 2009; (2) whetherudor not there is a effect of implementation of the apprenticeship on theuddevelopment of soft skills of the students of the Office Administration EducationudDepartment of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, SebelasMaretudUniversity, the class of 2009; and (3) whether or not there is a simultaneous effectudof the learning process and implementation of the apprenticeship on theuddevelopment of soft skills of the students of the Office Administration EducationudDepartment of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, SebelasMaretudUniversity, the class of 2009.udThis research used the descriptive quantitative research method. Theudpopulation of the research was all of the students of the Office AdministrationudEducation Department of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education,udSebelasMaret University, the class of 2009. The samples of the research wereudtaken by using the total sampling technique, and consisted of all of the students ofudthe Office Administration Education Department of the Faculty of TeacherudTraining and Education, SebelasMaret University, the class of 2009. The data ofudthe research were gathered through questionnaire. They were then statisticallyudanalyzed by using the multiple correlation and regression technique analysis.udThe results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect ofudthe learning process on the development of soft skills of the students of the OfficeudAdministration Education Department of the Faculty of Teacher Training andudEducation, SebelasMaret University, the class of 2009 as indicated by the value ofudrcount = 0.532 > that of rtable = 0.329; (2) there is a significant effect ofudimplementation of the apprenticeship on the development of soft skills of theudstudents of the Office Administration Education Department of the Faculty ofudTeacher Training and Education, SebelasMaret University, the class of 2009 asudshown by the value of rcount = 0.527 > that of rtable = 0.329; and (3) there is audsimultaneous effect of the learning process and implementation of theudapprenticeship on the development of soft skills of the students of the OfficeudAdministration Education Department of the Faculty of Teacher Training andudEducation, SebelasMaret University, the class of 2009 as pointed out by the valueudof Fcount = 12. 529 > that of Ftable = 3.285 at the significance level of 5%. Inudaddition, the results of the research also show that the multiple linear regressionequation is Ŷ = 38.300 + 0.199 X1 + 0.558 X2, meaning that the development ofudsoft skills of the students of the Office Administration Education Department ofudthe Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, SebelasMaret University, the classudof 2009 will increase or decrease as much as 0. 199 if there is an increase or auddecrease of one unit of the learning process and will increase or decrease as muchudas 0.558 if there is an increase or a decrease of one unit of implementation of theudapprenticeship. Each independent variable has a contribution to the dependentudvariable. The relative contribution of the learning process on the development ofudsoft skills of the students is 50.60%, and that of implementation of theudapprenticeship on the development of soft skills of the students is 49.40%.udFurthermore, the effective contribution of the learning process on theuddevelopment of soft skills of the students is 21.84%, and that of implementationudof the apprenticeship on the development of soft skills of the students is 21.32%.udKeywords:learning process, implementation of the apprenticeship, developmentudof soft skills.
