Colombia: la aplanadora minera a toda marcha

摘要

This article presents a brief characterization of the legislation governing the mining industry, particularly the reforms issued from the first decade of the century XXI, highlighting the incentives given to big business for the sake of turning Colombia into the country of destination large investments in this sector of the industry. It continues with some relevant figures regarding mining application and certification in the country, concluding with some relevant elements concerning the possibility of generating development from the mining industry.
