摘要

The present paper defines the main principles for the organization of archives dwelling upon the relevance to keep active files appropriately organized in documentaries groups. Once the different concepts of classification and arrangement of files in the field of archive management have been made, the paper deals with classification charts, consisting of tools which allow us to systematically plan a great part of the processes implied in the works with files. On the other side, physical arrangement and signalling of the different elements of making up a batch of documents will be a complement to the classification in the organization of archives.
