Users engage increasingly with a virtual information and through these phones, anywhere, anytime. In Latin America and especially in Argentina, users are changing their cell phone with multimedia features and smart phones. Given this, libraries should be prepared to guide their information services through such devices. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of a mobile information literacy. It is recommended to start labeling the implementation of mobile, more specifically the generation of two-dimensional codes, QR code for those libraries that have WIFI and your users have mobile devices capable of using QR code readers. These codes are simple to generate and most mobile devices have software for reading. University libraries are already implementing these labels in the United States, Britain, Spain and Chile. QR codes from mobile information literacy can be used to link from their labels url to video tutorials on using information resources in the library, and subject guides on the shelves for, among other examples.
