摘要

This work is a reflection on the concept of author rights and of how the new recovery systems of information allow to detect when a document is plagiarized. The work additionally explains the conceptual architecture of the systems of antiplagiarism and the importance that have the interoperability platforms and of exchange of information between the institutional repositories to optimize the services that lend the antiplagiarism systems; and of how this importance has increased thanks to the networks of high technology of the academic communities, scientific and cultural at international level.
