IR@INFLIBNET:An Analytical Study

Institutional repository at INFLIBNET (IR@INFLIBNET) is an open access initiative taken by INFLIBNET (Information and Library Network) centre where staff members can deposit their own research articles. Here we can find articles published in all conventional proceedings of INFLIBNET centre, various training material, press clippings, news letters etc.udFor this study author selected the INFLIBNET’s Institutional Repository. The data consists of year wise total collections, community wise collections, major contributors and subject wise major collection. Statistical tools like tabular presentation are used to represent the study effectively. This paper will highlight the initiative taken up by the INFLIBNET (Information and Library Network) centre in building up the Institutional Repository by using the open source software Dspace.ud
