Sad@Exe: una interface para el envío de peticiones de préstamo interbibliotecario y búsquedas bibliográficas mediante correo electrónico

摘要

An application developed in the Section of Access to Document (SAD) of the Library of the University of Jaen in relation to the processes of automatization in the operations of bibliographical request for information collection and document obtaining appears. Identified some of the reasons that repel in the good operation of the SAD, an application is developed that it intends to optimize the response times and to eliminate the accumulated error rate in the codification of the data of the traditional forms of information collection. The final result of the experience is the application Sad@Exe, an interface based on a structure of electronic forms able to send electronic mails with perfectly structured messages for a later treatment.
