The article presents an overview of the current situation of the publishing industry in Spain and their adaptation to new media and electronic formats. It also performs an analysis of the supply of electronic books available on Libranda, the leading online sales platform developed in Spain and brings together most of the publishers, including large and small. The authors state that the publishing industry is in full swing and constant transformation with new players emerging in the market with different responses to the challenges that the future of electronic book raises.
