La formación de los profesionales de la documentación en los medios de comunicación audiovisual. La colaboración universidad – empresa: la experiencia de TVE

The initial lack of specific academic training for the documentalist of audiovisual Mass Media in Spain, motivated the collaboration University - Company, specially to complete the practical training of these professionals. Thirty years later, the collaboration University - Company has given to its fruits, integrating in the educational university system the professionals, coordinating periods of training in practices with some companies of the sector or with the celebration of seminars or courses. Brief analysis of the experience of the TVE during 30 years of collaboration with the University that now includes new formulas of cooperation.
