摘要

The questions of formation, regulation and management of library information resources in the context of socio and communication processes and formation of knowledge society are considered. The ways for solving the problem of actualization and intellectual access to the array of historical, cultural and scientific information stored in the documental sources of library collections are showed. Comprehensive resolution of efficient processing of multidimensional knowledge array of information sources that are stored in scientific libraries and online library resources are proposed. Technological means and cognitive foundations of its transformation into an organized system of knowledge through new approaches to the use of methods of library science and computer technology are described.udThe monograph is intended to be used by a wide range of bibliologists and bibliographers, librarians and information specialists, experts in information and communication technologies that are involved in the process of knowledge circulation in a society.
