L'evoluzione del SBN : nuove prospettive di interoperabilità tra l'Indice e le biblioteche

The evolution of the Servizio Bibliotecario Nazionale (National Library Service) was done with a refactoringabout three aspects: standardization, flexibility, interoperability.Now SBN can manage different library systems but all could insert data in the central catalogue.The Opac of the central system now links to the Opac of the single library and to the ILL service. The same structure is present in the project Biblioteca Digitale Italiana – Network turistico culturale, with a focus on linking thedigital resources.
