La signatura electrònica d'agrupacions documentals en el Sistema de Gestió d'Expedients i Arxiu Digital del DURSI (BAULA)

This presentation describes the characteristics of the records management and digital archive system of the Department of Universities, Research and Information Society of the Generalitat de Catalunya, called BAULA system. The approach and motivations of the project, as well as its more innovative contributions regarding the management by electronic case files, the use of electronic signature, and the aplication of OAIS (Open Archival Information System) model for long term digital preservation, are described in this presentation.
