摘要

The process of library automation and network make the traditional cataloguing model changes. This paper introduces the features of cataloguing module of ALEPH500, cataloguing workflow, expound its action and advantage in western language cataloguing, and finally to have further comments and insights on the focus and the development of future cataloguing.
