Concretizando o acesso livre à literatura científica: o repositório institucional e a política de auto-arquivo da Universidade do Minho

摘要

: Minho University (UM) has taken diverse several important initiatives in the promotion of open access to scientific literature. In the present paper someof those initiatives, as the creation and development of RepositóriUM, the institutional repository of UM, and the definition of an institutional policy of self-archiving the university research output, are described. Finally, the results already reached and the conclusions of the accumulated experience are presented.
