摘要

The article deals with interconnection and mutual influence of changes in the social and labour sphere and the development of Human resources (HR) consulting ser-vice. On the basis of these interrelations the authors of the article define and explain the major trends of HR consulting to achieve positive dynamics in the social and labour relations in Ukraine.
