The Development of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System for General Labour Risk Insurance Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security IESS, created as part of a change and Repowering of this institution, the same being a leading national authority on Occupational Safety and Prevention.Due to the commitment of the authorities of the institution, it is also possible to describe the needs, ask the right choices and define the methodology to follow, to go performing alongside the development of different jobs in order to simultaneously be implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, which helps meet the Legal Technical regulations, be an example for other public and private sector, mainly for some areas of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security.To view certain sections of these results an initial self-audit, and two self-auditing monitoring through the National System for Prevention Management takes to go demonstrating the increased rate of efficacy over time, and thus continue to make continuous improvement in the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.For the General Labour Risk Insurance is used the Occupational Safety and Health Management System "Ecuador Model" developed by Dr. Luis Guillermo Vasquez Zamora
