"Don Mandado" is the name chosen for the company dedicated to offer paperwork assistance services, planned to be operational in 2014. This name is figurative because it gives the idea of serving or assisting company executives; besides it keeps the connotation of a high category server as our target market client deserves. The product entails commercial packages of paperwork assistance offered and checked through Smartphones apps. The suggested service targets 25 to 49 years old company executives living in Quito, who work and/or reside in the north area, coming from middle to upper socioeconomic level class. We dedicate them our refrain: "With Don Mandado, no more wasted time in endless lines”. This catchphrase pretends to achieve the required business positioning in the market and to catch up the attention of our target clients. A trained "door to door" sales team will offer the product to potential customers, outlining the benefits of a new way to overmatch their requirements, having an easy and immediate contact (company – executive) through the use of an app on their own Smartphones. This strategy ensures a flexible, timely and efficient communication between our company and the clients. It is estimated that sales in the first year of operation will reach a total of $385.420. According to the figures, it is possible to conclude that this business opportunity is real, valid and sustainable. The slogan of the company is "Don Mandado does it fast, and do it for me”.
