摘要

Through the research process on the topic: Evaluation of risks on sensible elements of the Terrestrial operations system in the TMB, “technical defects on the design of the component “Foundation”, where the storage tank is seated were found. This results on losing balance of each tank, which reduces the operative efficiency as well as having permanent threat of rupture on the bottom of the tank due to pressure. Throughout the years, this defect has become a high industrial risk due to possible and considerable oil spillages on the floor, which could start unpredictable catastrophes, threatening the infrastructure, human and environmental safety with high associated costs.What can be gathered from this is that the independent variable is: Evaluation of Risks, and the dependent variable is: Industrial Safety. After the identification of the central variables, it is possible to formulate the problem: How does the Evaluation of Risks on sensible elements of storage tank boosts the Industrial, Human and Environmental Safety of TMB?Based on the causal factors about the existence of the problem object of the research; the components of the solution proposal are developed, under the title: Designing a model of Evaluations of Risks on Sensible Components on Storage Tanks of the TMB.
