Along the recent years, the cashier’s profession has become one of the most demanded positions by the financial entities. This has been influenced by the internal and external rotation of personnel and the demand on the labor market. The role of a cashier is more valued according to the way cashiers satisfy consumers´ necessities: quick and efficient attention, basic advice on financial products and solutions for the different done transaction´s problems.This project is a response to the necessity of the institutions on having prepared and qualified candidates for the selection and hiring staff processes; moreover, this is an opportunity for young graduates of high school and college students, who need an income to cover their studies´ payments. The proposal consists on creating a school with the endorsement of a third-grade, prestigious institution which will prepare cashiers on a period of 12 days. The training will take place on a real environment in the cash-desks´ area, permitting the participants to gain the skills and abilities a cashier has on a financial institution. The program will be developed by two specialized instructors, who are experts on the management of cash-desks´ simulators and have vast operative experience on banking entities.The project requires a $202.237.90 investment with a 30% financing from the entrepreneur and a 70% financing from a financial institution. The TIR for the investor is 42% and the ROE is 2.75%, making the project viable in medium and long-term.
