The Present Research Project aims to identify deficiencies that are present in inventory management and lost sales in chain business; the selected tool for the study is the Business Model Canvas Developed by Steve Blank. The proposal is to market a new business idea, using the benefits of technology as strength of differentiation and sales. This idea will be tested developing a Mobile Application that allows to locate products offered in different shops of chain business; to make the study real this implementation will take place in a potential customer that achieve the requirement of been a business chain, Marathon Sports is the selected company as pilot to test the effectiveness of the tool and the idea of marketing FindMo (the mobile application).
