Acción de nulidad de laudos arbitrales: Procedimiento y trámite de resolución

摘要

This thesis analyzes the deficiencies and lack of clarity of the procedings to set aside the award in Article 31 of the Arbritration and Mediation Act.The analysis goes first into the nature and characterisitcs of arbitration and of the process of setting aside the award. Afterwards, it goes into the making and the termination of the award in the Article 31 and then into a comparative law study. Finally, a reform to Article 31 is proposed.
