In today’s world, we are facing an extremely high demand of technology and services; therefore, the majority of companies look for ways to improve their infrastructure and provide their customers with a better service in an immediate, secure and optimal way, keeping always in mind the high availability, fast response and security in their tools such as the e-mail.Thanks to this deployment, the customer’s technological infrastructure for sending and receiving mail has improved, with a transparent scalable solution, as well as the easiness of maintenance of the e-mail servers, getting to a point where the down time of the service being used by the users or the customer requesting this solution has been reduced to a very minimum.By deploying the load balancing of the e-mail service with a load balancing device, the customer requesting the solution has achieved the even and effective distribution of requests into two different servers which form this solution, in order to improve the service and satisfaction to all the users consuming this service, with the use of a signed digital certificate for a secure encrypted connection, and by recording all the connection logs in the load balancing system, for an easier way of solving a problem when necessary.
