Un estudio comparativo sobre el perfil del líder entre los estudiantes que trabajan y los que no trabajan de la USFQ el caso del CAD

摘要

This study aims to determine whether or not a difference exists between the leadership profile of full-time students and the ones who both study and work. The research was developed through the application of the TLP (The Leadership Profile) survey to 202 College of Business for Development (CAD) students from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. The statistical analysis determined that there is no difference between the two types of students. Based on the obtained results one can derive that the role of the universities and companies should be reformulated in order to facilitate the preparation of leaders.
