摘要

The objetive of this in vitro study was to compare the degree of marginal microfiltration in Class V cavities, on the vestibular face involving the enamel and the dentine.For this study 30 human healthy extracted third molar were used, the same that were selected in a random manner and divided into three groups.In group 1, it was used turbine, etching with phosphoric acid, adhesive system from Kerr following the instructions from the manufacturer, in group 2 it was used laser Er:YAG, modifying the enamel and dentin, adhesive and composite; in group 3 it was used laser Er:YAG, phosphoric acid, adhesive and composite similarly to group 1 and 2. Fillings from the three groups were made with the incremental technique.
