The Management System for Safety and Health at Work, known as "Model Ecuador" is an Integrated Management System which is structured to address and resolve existing bugs in organizations, because if they materialize, will determine losses both human, economic as well as technology, for this reason this system proposes four pillars that are listed below: Administrative Management, Technical Management, Human Resource Management, Operational Processes Relevant.As a first step, the diagnostic audit was conducted in the computer platform of Workplace, which could show the current position of the Institute on Safety and Health at Work.Once that information is obtained, we proceeded to perform the identification of risks job, followed by ergonomic measures for staff, with all this information start is given to the design and development of elements and sub-elements of the system Management.......
